Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for ensuring HR processes and operations run smoothly and make necessary improvements where necessary.
- Oversee and ensure HR operations matters such as payroll, monthly reporting etc. are in compliant with local legislation and effective and efficient.
- Responsible for HR planning and HR Operations to attract and retain, plan manpower and Labour cost & Headcount budgeting.
- Drive the Prosoft Implementation Project to ensure it supports well the employee life cycle needs so as to deliver high standards of HR services.
- Supports Senior HR Manager in key annual cyclical activities such as performance reviews, salary reviews and bonus proposals etc. for Thailand market. Ensure external retail compensation data are gathered for market intelligence purposes.
- Supports Senior HR Manager in Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Learning & Development and HRIS.
- Ensures people policies and processes for Thailand market are reviewed from time to time to keep up with current industry trends.
- Some HR measurements/KPis will include but not limited to the following: Quality goal setting, goal setting completion, recruitment fulfilment%, recruitment cost efficiency, employee turnover rate, recruitment lead time etc.
Job Qualifications:
- Minimum bachelor's degree of Human Resources or related field.
- Degree holder with at least 6-8 years of HR generalist experience. 1-2 specialization in specific HR topics e.g. C&B, Recruitment etc. will be an added advantage Self-motivated, has a strong interest in people development, and operates HR to support the business needs.
- Methodical in work planning and has a strong sense of urgency to deliver accurate and high-quality work on time.
- A role model to other HR team members and always ready to coach both HR and non-HR employees.
- All necessary office & PC skills and HR certifications/specialization (if any).
- A Collaborator with a strong sense of ownership.
