Responsibilities:

Set up, manage, and monitor Windows based Servers in HyperV environment and backup
Set up, configure and manage company desktop PC, notebooks, and printers
Provide tier 1 to tier 2 end user support on IT hardware and software issues
Provide AD user administration tasks and O365 support.
Maintain software and hardware assets records
Maintain network equipment and wireless network in the warehouse
Tracking IT expenditures for software and hardware purchases

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer, Software, IT or related
Experience in Windows Server administration and Wireless Networking
Expertise in networking knowledge (eg. VLAN, wireless network, NPS)
STrong bacjground in Hyper-V environment and Windows Server 2016 - 2022 administration
Proficient in English, both written and spoken
Experience in IT Support and Printer support for operations
