Main Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for desktop maintenance work for the company's computers, including daily maintenance, troubleshooting, and user support.
  2. Responsible for the daily management and maintenance of network devices and security devices.
  3. Provide internal system application network support and maintenance, promptly resolve network failures and issues.
  4. Resolve various network problems encountered by office staff in daily work and provide corresponding technical support.
  5. Ensure the stable operation of monitoring systems, attendance systems, and access control systems, and perform necessary maintenance and troubleshooting.
  6. Responsible for daily operation and maintenance checks of servers.
  7. Cooperate with the headquarters IT team to complete remote technical support.
  8. Responsible for the registration, management, and regular auditing of IT assets.
  9. Maintain communication with local IT vendors to ensure timely device supply and technical support.
  10. Create, manage, and maintain information documents within the scope of responsibility, such as user manuals, operating procedures, and compliance documents.
  11. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

Job Requirements:

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, Computer Science, MIS, or other related fields.
  2. Work Experience: 1-3 years of relevant work experience, with a background in network engineering or computer science preferred.
  3. Technical Skills: Proficient in desktop maintenance, familiar with the configuration and management of LAN, WiFi, and servers.
  4. Troubleshooting: Ability to analyze, judge, and resolve common network issues.
  5. Language Skills: Native Thai speaker, with good Chinese communication skills preferred.
  6. Nationality: Thai nationality, with experience in multinational companies preferred.
