IT Solution Engineer(C#,PHP)

Job Responsibilities :

• Be a key stakeholder in the end-to-end sales cycle

• Become the trusted technology advisor for customers, partners and internal teams.

• Own the technical discovery and qualification process to fully appreciate customers' business objectives and pain points

• Provide first-line technical responses during all phases of a sales cycle

• Prepare and deliver value-based demonstrations, Proof-of-Concept showcasing Lark platforms strengths as they align to customer success criteria

• Partner with Lark GTM teams (i.e. Marketing, Sales, Sales Ops, and CSMs) in realizing customers' transformational visions

• Identify customer objections and partner with cross-functional teams (i.e. Sales, Strategy, Product-Management, and Engineering) to create acceptable solutions

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in complex enterprise software Solution Engineering or adjacent domains such as technical consulting or enterprise software implementations

• Excellent verbal communication, written communication, and presentation skills in English

• Self-driven with a track record of exceeding goals

• Strong collaborator with cross-functional teams to succeed in managing projects and deal cycles of all sizes

• Comfortable working in a global enterprise setting while focused on the localized customer base

• Rockstar demonstration skills with an eye for getting solution messaging and assets on point
