Job Description
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve assigned targets for new business acquisition, market expansion, and profitability. Provide guidance and support to team members in achieving these goals.
- Identify and pursue new customers and business opportunities to drive growth.
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements. Evaluate customers' strengths, weaknesses, policies, and strategies.
- Prepare marketing reports and credit applications based on thorough analysis.
- Monitor customer payments within the team and proactively address any issues that arise.
- Manage and supervise team members to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
Qualifications
- Proficient in English.
- Strong experience and expertise in credit analysis.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing and sales, with at least 7 years of direct experience in corporate sales (large-scale) within leasing companies or banks.
