Develop and execute leasing strategies for All Seasons properties to align with the company's growth and profitability goals, regularly reviewing and updating the strategy on a quarterly basis to remain competitive.
Prepare data for the annual budget, including key assumptions and forecasts.
Contact office tenants to negotiate contract renewal terms and conditions; draft lease and service agreements.
Prepare monthly management reports, analyzing market trends, monitoring competitor activities, summarizing performance against KPIs, and proposing action plans to meet targets.
Maintain strong relationships with tenants by promptly responding to inquiries via email, phone, or in person, addressing their requests, and implementing solutions when necessary.
Collaborate with external agencies to promote leasing efforts and enhance brand visibility.
Build and sustain a prestigious brand image by executing a relevant PR strategy, coordinating with advertising agencies, PR consultants, and event organizers for promotional activities.
Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager.
