Briefly job description:
The Maintenance Engineer is to ensure the safe and efficient operation of mechanical systems and equipment within our organization. The Maintenance Engineer - Mechanical will collaborate closely with the maintenance team to design and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities, remedy equipment problems, and contribute to our machinery's overall reliability and availability.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with holding Mechanical Engineering license.
5 years minimum Maintenance (rotating) or Reliability experience in a chemical manufacturing facility.
Knowledge of reliability principles, statistical analysis, and data interpretation.
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems.
Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical problems using formal techniques to evaluate systems, equipment, and processes.
Knowledge of using Reliability Centered Maintenance techniques, cause analysis, and predictive maintenance technologies such as vibration analysis, infrared, acoustic emissions, tribology, etc.
Familiarity with industry-specific regulations, standards, and best practices related to maintenance cost optimization in relevant sectors.
Strong knowledge and experience in spare parts inventory management, including establishing optimal stocking levels, supplier negotiations, and inventory cost reduction strategies.
Strong knowledge and experience in mechanical equipment repair and alteration, alignment and balancing.
Proficiency in advanced data analytics tools and techniques, including predictive maintenance analytics, machine learning, or data-driven decision-making, is a significant advantage.
Proficient in various computer programs especially SAP.
Certification in maintenance or inspection related fields is a plus.
Knowledge and experience in Lean manufacturing and kaizen principles.
Training in Weibull, RCI, FMEA, RCM, RBI, Modeling, etc. facilitation would be helpful.
Project Management experience and knowledge.
Good command in English and Thai.
Able to work or relocate to Nakhonsawan province.
