Responsibilities;
- Develop and implement departmental activities, budgets, and master plans aligned with KPIs.
- Supervise the operation of large machines, robots, utilities, and manufacturing facilities.
- Plan and manage predictive and preventive maintenance for all machinery, robots, and other utilities and facilities.
- Ensure optimal utilization of all machines to effectively support seamless production operations.
- Maintain sufficient spare parts inventory, ensuring they are organized and readily available when needed.
Qualification;
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical)
- More than 15 years of experience in maintenance functions, including at least 5 years at the management level.
- Proven ability to oversee 50+ large machines and 30+ robots, including utilities and facility maintenance, with a lean team structure.
- Experienced in setting up spare parts control systems and establishing standard lifetimes for spare parts to optimize replacement schedules.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Certifications or licenses in maintenance or facility management are an advantage.
