Responsibilities;

Develop and implement departmental activities, budgets, and master plans aligned with KPIs.
Supervise the operation of large machines, robots, utilities, and manufacturing facilities.
Plan and manage predictive and preventive maintenance for all machinery, robots, and other utilities and facilities.
Ensure optimal utilization of all machines to effectively support seamless production operations.
Maintain sufficient spare parts inventory, ensuring they are organized and readily available when needed.

Qualification;

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical)
More than 15 years of experience in maintenance functions, including at least 5 years at the management level.
Proven ability to oversee 50+ large machines and 30+ robots, including utilities and facility maintenance, with a lean team structure.
Experienced in setting up spare parts control systems and establishing standard lifetimes for spare parts to optimize replacement schedules.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
Certifications or licenses in maintenance or facility management are an advantage.
