Management Trainee Position
Responsibilities: You'll be immersed in a comprehensive rotational program designed to equip you with the experience, knowledge, and guidance necessary to excel in a management role. You'll have the chance to work alongside seasoned team members, engage in innovative projects, and gain exposure to all facets of our business operations, including safety, quality, technical, commercial and more.
- Plan and arrange resources to achieve Operation target with effective resources utilization.
- Lead in daily operation problem solving, initiate improvement and lead in any productivity improvement program.
- Coordinate with related functions for smooth operation.
- Supervise, control and support subordinate in operation team to ensure that they can perform delegated tasks as each position well and meet site's target as well as has good discipline according to company's rules.
- Develop, support, and conduct team member training.
- Continuous improvement in efficiency of all material handling activities.
- Be resilient to work on the assigned ad-hoc tasks by a superior within the specified timeframe.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics & Supply Chain, Business Management or equivalent education.
- Aged between 25-30 years old, are welcome to apply.
- Good in both written and spoken English is required.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including with MS program, familiarity with SAP and/or WMS Program.
