Manufacturing Director Position
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee all manufacturing operations, managing a team of up to 120 personnel to ensure efficient production processes and adherence to quality standards.
- Develop and implement strategic manufacturing plans that align with company goals and drive operational performance.
- Champion lean manufacturing principles and Kaizen methodologies to optimize processes, reduce waste, and improve productivity across all departments.
- Oversee the management of specialized aluminums and stainless-steel welding, hydraulics, pneumatic systems, and electrical components, ensuring high-quality standards and safety compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product development, improve manufacturing workflows, and streamline supply chain operations.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to senior management on production metrics, project timelines, and resource allocation.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by mentoring staff, promoting best practices, and encouraging innovative problem-solving.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality assurance, and environmental standards throughout all manufacturing processes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, clients, and internal stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing or a related field.
- Minimum of 15 years of manufacturing experience in the car assembly, automotive, or heavy machinery industries.
- Proven experience in managing large teams, with a strong focus on team development and performance management.
- Expertise in aluminums and stainless-steel welding, hydraulics, pneumatic systems, and electrical systems.
- In-depth knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and Kaizen methodologies, with a track record of successful implementation.
- Fluency in both English and Thai is essential for effective communication.
- Demonstrated growth mindset and a passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence.
