  • Manufacturing Director Position

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead and oversee all manufacturing operations, managing a team of up to 120 personnel to ensure efficient production processes and adherence to quality standards.
    • Develop and implement strategic manufacturing plans that align with company goals and drive operational performance.
    • Champion lean manufacturing principles and Kaizen methodologies to optimize processes, reduce waste, and improve productivity across all departments.
    • Oversee the management of specialized aluminums and stainless-steel welding, hydraulics, pneumatic systems, and electrical components, ensuring high-quality standards and safety compliance.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product development, improve manufacturing workflows, and streamline supply chain operations.
    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to senior management on production metrics, project timelines, and resource allocation.
    • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by mentoring staff, promoting best practices, and encouraging innovative problem-solving.
    • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality assurance, and environmental standards throughout all manufacturing processes.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, clients, and internal stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing or a related field.
    • Minimum of 15 years of manufacturing experience in the car assembly, automotive, or heavy machinery industries.
    • Proven experience in managing large teams, with a strong focus on team development and performance management.
    • Expertise in aluminums and stainless-steel welding, hydraulics, pneumatic systems, and electrical systems.
    • In-depth knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and Kaizen methodologies, with a track record of successful implementation.
    • Fluency in both English and Thai is essential for effective communication.
    • Demonstrated growth mindset and a passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence.
