Responsibilities:
Marketing:
Manage the company website, including posting and promoting rental properties.
Expand promotional efforts beyond the current website and Line@ to other digital platforms.
Collaborate on social media strategies, creating and posting content to enhance visibility.
Support content creation by visiting properties for photoshoots to promote across various platforms.
Sales:
Handle customer inquiries, providing detailed information about available properties to prospective clients.
Assist international clients (70% of the customer base), ensuring smooth communication in English.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Property/Real Estate (preferred)
- Fluent in English, as the majority of clients are non-Thai.
- Able to travel to provincial areas for property visits, with full company support (infrequent travel).
