Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive growth and profitability in the industrial plaster sector.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities for market expansion.
- Collaborate with the sales and product development teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
- Lead and manage marketing campaigns, including product launches, promotions, and branding activities.
- Develop marketing materials, including presentations, brochures, digital content, and technical product documents.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and industry stakeholders.
- Monitor marketing performance and adjust strategies to ensure measurable results and ROI.
- Lead trade show participation, events, and industry exhibitions to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Over 5 years of experience in marketing with a strong focus on digital channels, including social media, websites, SEO, SEM, and content marketing.
- Proven experience in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive traffic, generate leads, and enhance brand awareness.
- Budget management experience.
Project management skills, with the ability to oversee campaigns from start to finish. - Creative and strategic thinker, able to develop marketing solutions to meet business objectives.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages (e.g., Chinese, Hindi) is an advantage.
- High flexibility and willingness to travel.
