Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
- Craft and implement content strategies for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LINE, ensuring alignment with our brand and market trends.
- Create and schedule engaging posts, stories, and campaigns to boost brand awareness and audience engagement.
- Analyze social media performance, generate reports, and optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights.
E-Commerce and Website Management
- Keep our Shopify website up-to-date with accurate product descriptions, visuals, and promotions.
- Work with sales and marketing teams to execute online campaigns, product launches, and special offers.
- Assist with basic SEO and strategies to drive online traffic and visibility.
Online Marketplace Management
- (Optional) Manage product listings, pricing, and promotions on platforms like Shopee, Lazada, and LINE Shopping to increase sales.
- Collaborate with customer service to address inquiries and feedback from online shoppers.
- Track marketplace performance and refine strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Content Creation & Marketing Support
- Coordinate with designers and photographers to produce eye-catching visuals and multimedia content.
- Ensure consistent branding across all marketing materials.
- Support additional marketing activities, campaigns, and events as needed.
What We're Looking For
- Experience: 1-2 years in marketing or relevant internships (experience in social media, e-commerce, or digital marketing is a plus).
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in social media platforms and e-commerce tools (Shopify experience is a bonus).
