Mechanical Supervisor

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical/industrial engineering or related fields,
• Experienced in machine maintenance or related work for at least 10 years with experience in petrochemical plants or refineries.
• Can use computer programs MS Office well, Word, Excel, can communicate in English well.
• Can read mechanical All types of chemical pumps, boilers, stoves, heat exchangers, tanks, pressure fittings, pipes and conveyors.
• Experienced in maintenance of machinery and equipment Machinery, Pumps, Tanks, Pipes, Pressure Equipment, Valves, Rotating, Static Equipment.
• Experienced in checking device deviation Machinery such as vibration, leakage, cracking, corrosion, tanks, pipes and related equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating with the production department or the unit Structural work and maintenance work as well as monitoring to ensure compliance with the work plan as assigned by the supervisor.
• Collects the results of analyze and solve problems of machinery from the results of maintenance and repair of machinery such as chemical pumps, pipes, valves, equipment.
• To collect the results of the inspection and analysis of the problems of the machine from the results of maintenance and
• repair of machines that meet the specified standards and keep the change information up to date at all times.
• Be the presenter of the project to improve the machine along with planning Coordinate with the Japanese team.
• Being an inspector and planning to order spare parts, equipment, tools used for maintenance and planning the annual budget procurement to present to the supervisor.
• Be the person who collects the inspection and plans to reserve spare parts for use in maintenance. and planning to improve and change equipment to be ready for use at all times.
• To control subordinates to perform work and to inspect and analyze work risks in order to avoid accidents. control over use and provide protective equipment to work.
• As a subordinate to control the operation of the documents for the maintenance of the machine according to the maintenance plan as an operator and document System ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO 45001 and PSM, Energy saving of the engineering department and control operations to meet the requirements.
• Being a supervisor for subordinates Comply with the rules of the employees who are in their responsibility, as other operators assigned by the supervisor and liaising with Japan.
• Has the ability to manage the system of chemicals in the production department, can distinguish and indicate the hazards of chemicals and cut off the system.
• Be knowledgeable and can check the equipment Machinery can improve the machinery in the factories such as pumps, pipes, tanks, furnaces, boilers, belts, etc.
• Be the person who determines the annual mechanical work plan. To support various laws or rules that the estate set up, manage documents to support audits.
