Key Responsibilities:

Analyze client needs to design and configure MES solutions that align with their manufacturing workflows.
Support various project activities, including system implementation, testing, validation, and go-live support.
Provide hands-on expertise in MES design, configuration, and integration with external systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges, coordinating with both internal teams and external partners as necessary.
Advise clients on MES best practices and suggest continuous process improvements.

Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
A minimum of 1 year of experience as a consultant or in a similar IT/manufacturing systems role.
Proficiency in both Japanese and English (written and spoken) is essential.
Strong ability to analyze business processes and propose effective solutions.
Capability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced project environment.
Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
Self-motivated, capable of working independently, while also thriving as part of a team.
Experience with MES solutions and/or ERP integration is a plus.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes, especially within regulated industries, is advantageous.
