Responsibilities
- Collaborate with all departments to enhance Operational Excellence and ensure successful implementation and continuity.
- Develop and execute plans and budgets for the operations function, ensuring adequate resources to accomplish established objectives, including cost per kg, capital control, and productivity.
- Manage and supervise production operations to guarantee timely availability of finished products, meeting customer requirements within agreed cost parameters.
- Lead and execute initiatives for continuous improvement.
- Serve as an advocate and catalyst for fostering a positive culture change and enhancing operational efficiencies by introducing new techniques and strategies.
- Analyze workforce utilization, facility layout, and operational data such as production costs, process flow charts, and production schedules, to determine efficient use of workers and equipment.
- Propose methods for enhancing worker efficiency and reducing material and utility waste, such as restructuring job duties, reorganizing workflow, relocating workstations and equipment, and purchasing new equipment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field of Engineering.
- 20 years of working experience in the Galvanizing process.
- Expertise of ISO9001,14001,18001, IATF16949, TIS.
- Strong character, initiative, creativity, and innovation.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Effective interpersonal skills.
