Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and selection the candidate
  • New hire Orientation and Documentary
  • Finger Scan Systems controller
  • Time Attendance Recording Data & KPI report
  • Leave record Data, daily & weekly check and record
  • Checked Attendance of Leaving, Absent record and Annual Leave
  • Coordinate and manage all Sub-Contractor Employ
  • Coordinate and manage all security guard
  • Take care & manage all tasks in the office (e.g cleaning, stationery, office supply)
  • Take care & manage all activities for cleaning and neatness in canteen, First Aids, meeting room, rest room.
  • To control & summary Annual Leave /Private Leave by company policies
  • Visa & Work Permit and Notify 90 days Data prepare & report
  • Garden & Outsite service
  • Medical & Equipment for first aids control & Purchasing
  • Stationeries control & Purchasing
  • Transportation service control
  • Hotel & Accommodation
  • Telephone/Mobile Expenses as requirements
  • Uniform/PPE/Safety Shoes
  • Locker Control & Record
  • Training Supporting Internal & External, Training Record
  • Employees Relations, Company Activities
  • To communicate down information/message/policy to employees.
  • Document Control 5S, HR, Safety, General, Letter in & out
  • Board information
  • Purchasing for Maintenance office budling, outside, toilet and follow up
  • To ensure all office based administrative functions of the manufacturing plant are completed.
  • Be responsibility to carry-on CSR activities.
  • Uphold the company Quality Policy & Occupational, Health & Safety Policy.
  • Adhere to all site Quality & Environmental procedures/Work Instructure.
  • Support Quality & Environmental awareness campaigns, objectives, targets.
  • Attend OH&S activities as required. As Safety meeting, Safety talk.
  • Carry out the necessary steps to achieve Quality & Environmental targets set by the Management
  • Use energy and water wisely.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree major in Human Resources Management or related field.
  • Have 10 years working in HR & Admin role and organization development both of people and culture. Prefer at least 3 years in Supervisor level experience.
  • Good command both of Thai and English.
  • Skilled of Administration, Purchasing, HR, negotiation, analytical skill and computer, analytical, presentation, working within an empowered teams, working with other members of team to set performance standards and work to resolve problems if team members do not work to the team's standards.
  • Ability to coordinate own work with other team members.
  • Ability to be trainer of team members.
  • Computer literate in use of basic Word, Excel etc.
  • Good communication skill, teamwork environmental.
