Pesticide B2B Sales Manager
Job Responsibilities:
Market Expansion:
- Conduct on-site market research to identify opportunities and challenges in pesticide business.
- Explore and expand customer business relationships, fostering growth and market presence.
Business Operations:
- Lead business negotiations, including contract discussions, delivery coordination, payment collection, and quotation processes.
- Oversee the end-to-end management of business orders, ensuring efficient and smooth operations.
- Calculate and monitor profit margins for each business transaction.
Regulatory Support:
- Collaborate with and support importers in pesticide registration processes.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and assist in navigating the registration progress.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or procurement within the pesticide industry.
- Possess local importer resources and familiarity with purchasing departments or decision-makers within pesticide importing companies.
- Strong foundation in English, enabling effective communication and collaboration.
