PR Supervisor
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute public relations strategies to enhance the brand image and reputation of the company in the electronic industry.
- Manage media relations, including building and maintaining relationships with journalists, bloggers, influencers, and other key stakeholders.
- Write and distribute press releases, media alerts, and other communication materials to promote the company's products, services, and events.
- Monitor media coverage and track PR performance to evaluate the effectiveness of PR campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
- Organize and coordinate press conferences, media briefings, product launches, and other public-facing events.
- Work closely with the marketing and communications team to align PR efforts with overall brand messaging and marketing initiatives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for media inquiries, interviews, and information requests.
- Manage crisis communications and ensure timely and accurate messaging in response to issues that may affect the company's reputation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels, including social media, websites, and advertisements.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor PR activities, and emerging media platforms to leverage new opportunities.
- Develop and maintain a PR calendar, ensuring all key initiatives are executed on time.
- Prepare reports and presentations on PR activities, media coverage, and the impact of PR campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in public relations, preferably in the electronic or tech industry.
- Strong media relations experience with established connections in the electronic sector.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, compelling messages.
- Experience in crisis management and handling sensitive media situations.
- Proficient in PR tools, media monitoring software, and social media platforms.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Creative thinker with a proactive approach to media and public relations.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships both internally and externally.
