PR Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute public relations strategies to enhance the brand image and reputation of the company in the electronic industry.
  • Manage media relations, including building and maintaining relationships with journalists, bloggers, influencers, and other key stakeholders.
  • Write and distribute press releases, media alerts, and other communication materials to promote the company's products, services, and events.
  • Monitor media coverage and track PR performance to evaluate the effectiveness of PR campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Organize and coordinate press conferences, media briefings, product launches, and other public-facing events.
  • Work closely with the marketing and communications team to align PR efforts with overall brand messaging and marketing initiatives.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for media inquiries, interviews, and information requests.
  • Manage crisis communications and ensure timely and accurate messaging in response to issues that may affect the company's reputation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels, including social media, websites, and advertisements.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor PR activities, and emerging media platforms to leverage new opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain a PR calendar, ensuring all key initiatives are executed on time.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on PR activities, media coverage, and the impact of PR campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in public relations, preferably in the electronic or tech industry.
  • Strong media relations experience with established connections in the electronic sector.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, compelling messages.
  • Experience in crisis management and handling sensitive media situations.
  • Proficient in PR tools, media monitoring software, and social media platforms.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Creative thinker with a proactive approach to media and public relations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships both internally and externally.
