Procurement Strategic Team Leader (Foods Machinery) Position:
Job Description:
- Take overall responsible for the company's end to end strategic sourcing of product, service with appropriate suppliers essentially for increase operational efficiency and profitability for both plants and APS - clusters in the categories of filling machine downstream equipment, MRO.
- Cross functional management with representative with each country for their requirement and project engineer, field service engineer to correct inquiry and improvement list for defined solutions and collaboration with suppliers.
- To guide, supervise and monitor team members to achieve high performance.
- To ensure the procurement directive is followed by team members and other stakeholders.
- To organize training for the staff to achieve high efficiency, low waste rate, good quality, and punctual delivery of the product and contribute to the continuous improvement process.
- Responsible to join, co-operate and follow all implementations/ activities concerning the company rules & regulations, Code of Conduct, Data Privacy, Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption, Acceptable Use Policy, Basic Security Awareness, Advance Security Awareness, Information Protection, Competencies Framework, Social Media Guideline, safety & quality systems, QMS, BRC, Halal, ISO, Food Safety, Environmental Health and Safety.
- Other tasks as assigned by superior.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and/or master's degree in engineering, plastics or related fields.
- At least 5 years of experience in shop floor management in Purchasing in multinational company preferably in Indirect Procurement of Food and Beverage Machine or related fields.
- Good in English.
- Strong leadership, good in cooperation and communication skills. and.
- Good computer skills (SAP, Excel, Word, Power Point).
