Product Engineer (RF/Radio Products)

Role and Responsibilities

Assembly & Equipment

• Develop and maintain methods and processes for PCBAs and assemblies.

• Interface with NPI and manufacturing teams for product releases.

• Evaluate, select, and maintain manufacturing equipment for efficiency.

• Oversee equipment upgrades, maintenance, and reliability improvements.

Process Improvement

• Support manufacturing through technical and sustaining engineering.

• Implement equipment and process modifications to improve efficiency.

• Conduct statistical analysis for quality and yield improvements.

• Identify and resolve root causes of process issues to drive corrective actions.

New Product Introduction & Production Test

• Provide first-tier support for process issues during pilot and prototype builds.

• Monitor builds, collect data, and validate methods and work instructions.

• Develop manufacturing plans and audit production readiness.

• Troubleshoot production test issues and support CM performance.

Qualifications and Experience

• BS/MS degree in Electrical or Manufacturing Engineering.

• 8+ years of experience in a technology-driven industry, preferably RF/communications.

• Expertise in debugging and supporting RF/Radio Communications products.

• Strong knowledge of RF principles, high frequency, 5G, and modulation.

• Experience with RF test equipment such as spectrum analyzers and power meters.

• Contract manufacturing experience at both box build and surface mount levels.

• Ability to work in a global team environment with remote collaboration.

• Fluency in Thai and English is mandatory.
