Product Manager, Aesthetic Products - Doctor Relations and Event Management Focus
Our client is a Thailand-based company focused on distributing high-quality aesthetic products.
Job Descriptions
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and competitive gaps.
- Develop and execute product strategies that align with company objectives.
- Collaborate with R&D, marketing, and regulatory teams to design and bring new products to market.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute high-impact events such as product launches, workshops, and conferences targeting aesthetic professionals and doctors.
- Manage event logistics, including venue selection, vendor negotiations, budgeting, and on-site coordination.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure events align with brand and product goals and create post-event follow-up plans to drive engagement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, dermatologists, and aesthetic practitioners to gather insights and drive product adoption.
- Serve as a point of contact for KOLs, organizing one-on-one meetings, presentations, and product training sessions.
- Develop engagement plans with doctors, including exclusive events, product demonstrations, and networking opportunities, to foster long-term partnerships.
- Manage product improvements, rebranding, and discontinuation strategies based on market needs and performance metrics.
- Monitor product performance and customer feedback, adjusting strategies as necessary.
- Train sales teams on product features, benefits, and differentiators to support effective communication with doctors and customers.
- Support the creation of sales materials and presentations for customer and doctor interactions.
- Act as a point of reference for sales inquiries and customer support related to product use and benefits.
- Conduct regular assessments of market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.
- Provide senior management with data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Identify growth opportunities for the product portfolio, including new product introductions and expansions into new markets.
Qualification
- Bachelor/Master of Pharmacy.
- At least 3 years experienced in Product Specialist in Aesthetic or Healthcare.
- Skillful leader in handling multiple tasks from product management to customer service. Having strongly attention to detail, great communication and presentation skills and ability to work well under pressure.
- Good command in English.
