Responsibilities:


  • Develop the product strategy, encompassing the product vision, business models, target audience segments, and product goals and initiatives.

  • Define, prioritize, and clarify business objectives, supporting the company's growth strategy and requirements.

  • Oversee the development of product features and positioning for both new and existing offerings.

  • Stay informed about customer research and market trends, including competitive analysis, user feedback, surveys, and market evaluations.

  • Analyze market data to formulate product strategies and establish product objectives that enhance marketing communications.

  • Optimize the revenue funnel by implementing strategies for customer acquisition, retention, and upselling.

  • Lead and implement the established growth plan, collaborating with various teams within the organization to achieve goals.

  • Manage the execution of all processes within the product lifecycle, including market research, competitor analysis, planning, positioning, requirements gathering, roadmap development, and product launches.

  • Ensure that the product aligns with the priorities of the company, stakeholders, and end users to enhance sales, increase efficiency, and boost customer satisfaction.

  • Oversee the release planning process and manage communications effectively.


Qualifications:


  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience is required.

  • Over 5 years of relevant business and leadership experience.

  • Strong strategic planning abilities coupled with excellent execution skills.

  • Proven capability to engage effectively with business leaders.

  • Robust analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.

  • Proficient in managing uncertainty by establishing structure, processes, and priorities.

  • Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to anticipate changes and respond proactively to improve the financial performance of the division or business unit.
