Production Control Manager (Japanese company)

Job Description:

• Production Planning: Develop and implement production schedules to ensure timely delivery and optimize the use of resources for maximum efficiency.
• Managing and monitoring Production Planning, Warehouse, and Logistics Teams to make sure they run effectively and smoothly.
• Demand & Supply Management: Collaborate with commercial teams to analyze demand trends, create supply plans, and oversee Material Requirement Planning (MRP).
• Warehouse management Optimize operational resources while executing cost reductions and inventory controls.
• Monitor and control inventory levels, material usage, and production costs to optimize profitability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, quality control, procurement to improve overall production efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor or Master major in any related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Production Control or Production Planning from the manufacturing firm.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, machinery, and production control systems.
• Strong data analytics and problem-solving skills with knowledge of supply chain principles.
• Proficient in Demand Planning, Material Planning, Production Planning.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, for Production planning and performance analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiar to work with Japanese company.
• Knowledge of barcode concept and hands-on working style
• Able to communicate in English, if Japanese will be advantage.
