Key Responsibilities:
- Production Planning & Oversight: Develop and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules to meet demand, optimizing Output Per Hour (OPH), Cycle Time, and Downtime.
- Quality Assurance & Compliance: Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO 13485, and industry standards, mitigating risks and maintaining product quality.
- Continuous Improvement: Apply Lean Manufacturing principles, utilizing tools like 5S, Kaizen, and Root Cause Analysis to drive process efficiency.
- Team Management & Development: Lead performance evaluations, training, and development to enhance team skills and foster a positive work environment.
- Cost Management & Budget Control: Control production costs and resource allocation to optimize budgets and reduce waste.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Track production metrics, material usage, and machine efficiency to support data-driven decisions and cross-departmental collaboration.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Production or Industrial Engineering (Master's preferred).
- 5-10 years in production management, ideally in medical device manufacturing.
- Good communication in English.
- Able to traveling the oversea business trip.
- Expertise in ISO standards (13485, 9001, 14001) and GMP compliance.
- Strong leadership, team management, and software proficiency (ERP, Mcframe, data analysis).
