Job Description: Production Manager (Injection Molding)

• Oversee production operations in the Precision Plastic Injection Molding segment, ensuring efficient processes and high-quality standards.
• Manage the Mold Design and Fabrication segment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet production targets.
• Supervise the production team, providing guidance and support to maintain productivity and safety protocols.
• Ensure the optimization of machines and processes, troubleshooting issues to improve efficiency and quality.
• Coordinate with other departments such as Engineering and Quality Control to implement improvements and resolve operational challenges.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the plastic injection molding industry.
• Strong background in production management, with in-depth knowledge of injection molding processes, machines, and mold design.
• Proficient in English communication, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage high-stress situations effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills, leadership abilities, and attention to detail.
