Production Manager (Injection part)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage production plans to meet delivery timelines and customer requirements.
• Work closely with supply chain, engineering, and quality teams to ensure efficient operations.
• Continuously monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed to maximize efficiency.
• Supervise and guide production teams to maintain high performance and motivation.
• Provide ongoing training and mentorship to enhance employee skillsets and efficiency.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and support career development opportunities.
• Analyze current production methods and implement strategies to enhance productivity and cost-effectiveness.
• Utilize lean manufacturing principles to minimize waste and streamline operations.
• Track key metrics and use data-driven insights to drive process improvements.
• Ensure all products meet industry and company quality standards.
• Oversee quality inspections and implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Maintain compliance with relevant manufacturing regulations and best practices.
• Enforce workplace safety policies and ensure adherence to health and safety standards.
• Promote a strong safety culture by conducting training and risk assessments.
• Ensure compliance with environmental and industry regulations.
• Oversee material planning and inventory control to prevent shortages and excess stock.
• Work closely with procurement and logistics teams to optimize resource allocation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related fields.
• 3-5 years of experience in a production management role, preferably in the automotive or industrial manufacturing sector.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes such as plastic injection, painting, and assembly.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills with a proactive approach.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities to manage diverse teams.
• Familiarity with industry standards, including quality management systems (e.g., IATF 16949).
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced production environment.
• Proficiency in English (Chinese language skills are a plus).
