Responsibility
- Lead and manage the injection molding production team to achieve production targets.
- Develop and implement production plans and schedules to optimize workflow.
- Monitor and improve production processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and ISO standards.
- Conduct regular quality inspections and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to improve product quality and reduce costs.
- Provide training and mentorship to production staff to foster a high-performing team environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Production or a related field.
- Minimum of 15 years of production experience, with at least 5 years in a production management role
- Strong in New plant setup process
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken, with strong communication skills.
- Proactive, flexible, and possesses strong management skills.
- Availability to work 6 days a week.
