Production Scheduler

Responsibilities:

• Prepare Work Instructions: Develop comprehensive work instructions to guide production staff clearly through each manufacturing order.
• Manage Order Workflow: Oversee and accelerate all stages of manufacturing orders, both internally and externally, tracking their status and mitigating any potential delays.
• Order Status Reporting: Provide regular updates on manufacturing orders to the sales team, ensuring customer expectations are effectively managed.
• Interdepartmental Coordination: Partner with various manufacturing departments to guarantee prompt and accurate order fulfillment, swiftly resolving any challenges encountered.
• Enhance Production Operations: Undertake additional responsibilities as required to support the productivity and success of manufacturing processes.
• ERP System Utilization: Operate the ERP manufacturing software to record, monitor, and manage production information, ensuring records are accurate and current.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree or higher in Industrial Management/ Engineering/ Business Administration/ Logistic Management/ Supply chain or related field.
• Demonstrated experience in production coordination, manufacturing operations, or equivalent roles.
• Strong skills in organization, multitasking, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Capability to efficiently address and resolve issues in a dynamic work environment.
• Good to Communicate in English
