Responsibilities

To plan, organizes and control production in an organization (Car Multimedia Production) to ensure that goods are produced efficiently, on time, within budget and on standards.
SMT experience is a plus
To implement and control the production schedule.
To manage human and material resource to meet the production targets.
Ensure implementation and adherence to health and safety procedures.
Monitor quality standards of products.
Implement and enforce quality control and tracking programs to meet quality objective.
Prepare and maintain production report.
Monitor and review the performance of staff and organize necessary interventions for improvement.
To set and manage production budget.
Ensure efficient collaboration and co-ordination between relevant department including Quality, Engineer, supporting division and management.
Other tasks will be assigned by Manager

Qualifications

Thai nationality
Bachelor's degree in Engineer IE, Electrical, Electronic, ME
English communication
Supervisor level more than 5 years in Electronic Assembly production in the automotive field. in Manufacturing
An understanding of Health and Safety.
Ability to communicate clearly with staff and all levels.
Able to use Computer literary.
