Requirements:

Oversee daily production operations, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards.
Schedule and assign tasks to team members, optimizing workflow and resource allocation.
Conduct regular quality checks and implement corrective actions when necessary.
Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by enforcing safety protocols and conducting
training sessions.
Candidate having plastic injection molding process knowledge (preferred).
Motivate and coach team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous
improvement.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency.
Able to communication in Chinese (Speaking, Reading, Writing)
