Production Supervisor - Textile/ Apparel (Kanchanaburi) - 307

Responsibilities:

• Organized tasks to ensure smooth production and team operations.
• Planned workloads to maintain steady workflow across departments.
• Worked with the Production Manager to boost productivity and meet deadlines.
• Ensured production met customer requirements.
• Coached supervisors on managing production and solving problems.
• Monitored and maintained quality standards.
• Identified and resolved production issues to prevent future problems.
• Reduced downtime and improved efficiency.
• Supervised and evaluated production teams and quality inspectors.
• Managed resources like workforce and materials.
• Ensured all products met quality expectations.
• Coordinated with other departments for seamless operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience more 3 years in manufacturing, with 5 years in a supervisory role.
• Textile, Fabric, Cloth, Footwear or Apparel experience is a plus.
• Skill in Production and time management, Strong decision-making and results-oriented, Quality standards and attention to detail and Manpower management.
• Able to work well under pressure.
• Can communicate in English.
• Computer skill in MS Word, Excel and Power Point or MRP software.
