Project & Business Development Manager (Food & Restaurant)

Responsible for developing restaurant construction projects, encompassing site selection, negotiation with landlords, legal documentation (e.g., lease agreements and permits), and coordination with designers and contractors. This position also involves conducting feasibility studies, risk assessments, and preparing investment proposals for executive approval. Additionally, the role oversees and ensures the timely completion of restaurant construction projects within the designated timeline.

Job Responsibilities
Project Research and Analysis:

• Explore new business opportunities and study project details related to restaurant investments.
• Collect and analyze data to assess the feasibility of potential investments.
• Prepare business plans, reports, and project-related presentations for supervisors.
• Conduct feasibility studies to evaluate risks and returns for each project.

Legal Documentation Management:

• Review and analyze lease agreements, providing recommendations to benefit the company.
• Collect necessary documents for contracts from both internal and external sources.
• Manage the application process for permits and licenses required for restaurant operations.

Project Control and Management:

• Ensure project budgets are managed within the approved limits.
• Monitor and oversee the work of designers, contractors, and external parties involved in the project.
• Track project progress to ensure timely completion.
• Manage the procurement of tools and equipment required for each project within budget constraints.
• Provide solutions to challenges encountered during project execution.
• Collaborate and plan with related departments through regular meetings.
• Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.

Job Specifications

• Educational Background: Bachelor's or master's degree in a related field.
• Professional Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in business development or project management preferred the restaurant industry.
• Knowledge: Expertise in legal documentation, such as lease agreements.
• Familiarity with laws and regulations related to restaurants.
• Knowledge of business marketing and development.
