Job Descriptions:
- Implement lean methodologies and projects to enhance operational efficiency across various areas.
- Develop layouts, material flows, and workstations by lean principles for optimal workflow.
- Monitor and achieve Continuous Improvement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) including productivity, lead time reduction, equipment efficiency, and overall lean maturity.
- Manage project initiatives assigned by management, ensuring successful execution within specified timelines.
- Utilize diagnostic tools and Value Stream Mapping (VSM) techniques to identify improvement opportunities and drive necessary actions.
- Lead automation projects in collaboration with the engineering team, from conception to implementation.
- Drive digitalization projects with the IT/operations team, from initial ideation to final execution.
- Obtain certification as a lean trainer and facilitate training sessions to promote continuous improvement practices.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organization, encouraging initiatives such as KAIZEN, suggestion programs, and 5S methodology.
- Conduct benchmarking exercises to evaluate equipment productivity and lead times across departments and facilities.
- Collaborate closely with production and support function teams to achieve departmental KPIs.
- Cultivate and sustain a culture of lean thinking and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Science, or related engineering disciplines.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in implementing continuous improvement methodologies.
- Strong skills in lean or TPS principles and project management.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems.
- A genuine interest in driving innovation and process optimization.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to diverse working environments.
- Good command in English.
