Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary liaison with local authorities, regulatory bodies, contractors, and clients to align project goals with stakeholder expectations.
Work hand-in-hand with the Chinese Project Manager to ensure seamless communication and project execution.
Oversee external project progress, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure project milestones are met with high quality standards.
Provide expert guidance on bridge construction, dredging, and marine infrastructure, ensuring all work complies with engineering and environmental regulations.
Anticipate and mitigate potential project risks related to construction challenges and stakeholder concerns.
Track financial and operational performance to keep the project within budget and on schedule.
Lead the transition from construction to operational readiness, ensuring systems are in place for smooth post-inauguration operations.
Ensure strict adherence to local and international construction and environmental regulations, particularly for marine and bridge infrastructure.

Required Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's or Master's in Civil Engineering, Marine Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in project management, with a focus on bridge construction and marine infrastructure.
Position Experience: Must have held a Project Engineer position in previous roles.
Licensing: Must possess a Professional Engineer (PE) License and a Pro License.
Language: Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) is required. Fluency in English is essential.
Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of bridge construction, marine engineering, dredging operations, and port infrastructure.
Leadership & Coordination: Proven ability to lead teams and coordinate across diverse, international teams.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to proactively address project risks.
