We are looking for an experienced and motivated Project Manager to oversee enterprise project implementations. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in manufacturing technologies, focusing on areas such as GMP, SDLC, MES, SAP, SCADA, and infrastructure. This role demands strong organizational abilities, the capability to manage cross-functional teams, expertise in risk-based analysis, and direct client interaction to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage large-scale project implementations within the pharmaceutical manufacturing sector, aligning with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Oversee projects involving GMP, SDLC, MES, SAP, SCADA, Level 2 (L2) systems, infrastructure, hardware, and related technologies.
  • Demonstrate excellent organizational, planning, communication, and analytical skills, managing multiple tasks to meet strict deadlines.
  • Communicate effectively and present information to managers and clients, responding to inquiries from various stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with company quality standards and SOPs.
  • Develop strong client management skills by proactively addressing client needs and exceeding expectations.
  • Monitor project progress, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions.
  • Prepare detailed project reports and provide regular updates to senior management.
  • Facilitate continuous improvement and apply lessons learned to future projects.
  • Gain proficiency with all internal systems related to projects.
  • Use MS Project to track project timelines and deliverables.
  • Apply project management methodologies, such as PMP, to ensure structured project execution.

Required Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Information Technology.
  • 7+ years of experience in project management, specifically in enterprise-level implementations.
  • Native proficiency in Korean, with working-level proficiency in English.
  • Strong communication skills with various stakeholders.
  • Experience in processing orders with multiple systems.
  • Attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills, especially when working with cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical, planning, problem-solving abilities, and familiarity with project management methodologies.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Proven ability to manage projects requiring 50% on-site presence, including travel to client locations.

Preferred Skills:

  • PMP or similar project management certification.
  • Experience working in multinational or global teams.

Working Conditions:

  • Working days: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (with flexible working hours available).
  • Location: Yeongdong-daero, Gangnam-gu, Seoul (5-minute walk from Samsung Station).
  • Salary: Determined based on interview (please specify desired salary).
