Responsibilities:
- Lead the overall aspects of project. Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all parties communications are aligned.
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
- Excellent in business writing, effective communication and presentation, interpersonal skill, stakeholders' management skill, analytic skill, problem-solving skills, and follow-up with sense of urgency
- Able to work under pressure.
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques Negotiate skill.
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs.
- Identify critical points and issues in the project, designing potential solutions.
- Meet with clients to clarify specific requirements of each project.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Perform risk management.
- Report and escalate to management as needed.
Qualifications:
- Working experience in Software IT project management (Prefer experiences Software development from banking project) Experience implement government project would be advantage.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Excellent in business writing, effective communication, and presentation.
- Strong business knowledge, Positive attitude, and excellent team player.
- Highly responsible, self-motivated, and team oriented.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Project Management).
- Excellent in conflict management.
