Job Description

Creating effective sales strategies and plans to promote products or services.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers.
Setting and meeting sales targets, monitoring progress, and taking necessary actions to ensure targets are achieved.
Conducting market research and analysis to identify market trends, competition, and consumer behaviour.
Negotiating pricing, terms, and conditions with customers to secure profitable business deals.
Leading and managing a sales team responsible, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
Generating regular sales reports, analysing sales data, and providing insights to management for decision-making.
Identifying and capitalizing on potential growth opportunities, such as new product launches or market expansion.

Qualification Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business administration and marketing or relate field.
5 years' experience of Sales in home services is plus and relate industrial.
Negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
Strong leadership qualities and the ability to manage a team.
