Key Responsibilities
Direct supervision for Thailand facility and support Laos facility.
Plan and supervise inspection of incoming materials, in process products, and final products in compliance with the specification requirements described in company procedure.
Support and enhance development activity with supplier, engineering, production, and customer to continually improve products and processes quality to mitigate cause of poor quality.
Improve product and process Quality using principles of Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement.
Develop standards and methods for inspection system, procedure, and measuring equipment to increase work efficiency and productivity.
Monitoring by measurement and analysis on the performance of product quality and cost of poor quality.
Adherence to the company Policy, Quality, Safety, Environmental, and best practices management system.
A significant focus of the quality leader will be on strengthening the technical and leadership skills of the team.
Qualifications
Multiple years' experience in a similar job.
Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or similar field required.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills combined with technical writing skills with an ability to comprehend and apply technical information.
Excellent planning and organizing skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively at all levels of the organization, with the competency and tenacity to achieve results without formal authority.
Knowledge of measurement system and product drawing.
Good written and Oral English communication is a must.
Knowledge of statistical process control and QC improvement tools.
Knowledge of Quality management system requirements of ISO9001, AS9100 is preferred.
Knowledge of Environment, Health, and Safety management system requirements of ISO14001 and ISO45001.
