Job Overview:
The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance protocols to ensure that our products meet the highest industry standards - UN/ADR, ASME, UL and etc. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands on experience in quality management within the industrial manufacturing sector, with a strong background in ISO standards and Total Quality Management (TQM) principles.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures in alignment with ISO standards and TQM principles.

  • Lead the quality management system (QMS) and ensure compliance with relevant quality standards, including ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 and other applicable certifications.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections of manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with quality standards. Lean management a must.
  • Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends and develop strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for quality-related issues.
  • Provide training and support to staff on quality assurance processes and best practices.
  • Manage customer complaints and feedback, ensuring timely resolution and communication with stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present quality reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and action plans.
  • Stay current with industry trends and advancements in quality management to enhance organizational practices.

    Qualifications:

    - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field; Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, CQE) is preferred.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in quality assurance or quality control within the industrial manufacturing sector.
  • Strong expertise in ISO standards and Total Quality Management principles.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading quality improvement initiatives and managing quality teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (Thai & English), capable of collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders in Thailand and US.
  • Proficient in quality management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
