Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overall Quality Control in process.
- Document and report any inspection issues: Prepare quality inspection reports based on the findings and records, ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and traceability of the data and results.
- Packaging and warehouse: Manage the packaging and storage of raw materials, semi-finished products, or finished products that have passed inspection. Identify, separate, and dispose of materials or products that fail inspection.
- Environmental management and equipment inspection in the inspection area
- Implement 5S in the inspection area and verify the environment, equipment, tools, and instruments necessary for the inspection process to ensure the accuracy of inspection results.
- Communication with related departments, provide feedback and communicate with related departments about inspection plans, preparations, and any issues encountered.
Qualifications:
- More than 3 years of experience in Quality Control in optical communication, electronics, or similar industries.
- Ability to use commonly used inspection tools and instruments, such as microscopes, vernier calipers, micrometers, and two-dimensional measuring instruments.
- Good sense of responsibility, attention to detail, adherence to principles, and good communication skills.
- Proficiency in computer use, including office software such as Excel, Word, and power point
- Good in English reading and writing skills.
