We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Russian-speaking Real Estate Sales Agent to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in an international environment and represent one of Phuket's leading real estate agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relations & Sales:
    Develop and maintain relationships with Russian-speaking clients, assisting them with property inquiries, viewings, and transactions.

  • Property Showings:
    Conduct property showings and provide detailed information on the real estate market, available properties, pricing, and investment opportunities in Phuket.

  • Negotiation:
    Negotiate deals between buyers and sellers, ensuring both parties reach mutually beneficial agreements.

  • Documentation:
    Assist clients with paperwork and contracts, ensuring that all legal and regulatory requirements are met.

  • Networking & Business Development:
    Generate leads and develop a strong client base through networking, social media, and other marketing channels.
    Promote the agency's services to potential clients and business partners.

Qualifications:

  • Language:
    Native in Russian and Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of Thai is a plus but not essential.

  • Experience:
    Proven experience in real estate sales or a sales related field (1-3 years preferred), with a strong track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Knowledge:
    Familiarity with the Phuket real estate market and legal processes is an advantage.

  • Skills:
    Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    Ability to build trust with clients and maintain long-term relationships.
