Position: Recruitment Manager (Hotel)
Job Description:
- Establish and manage the recruitment operations for the hotel.
- Develop and implement recruitment workflows and systems for efficient record-keeping.
- Source and identify potential candidates within the hotel industry.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future staffing needs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
- Monitor and report on recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of strategies.
- Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, job boards, and other external partners.
- Enhance the employer brand to attract top-tier talent in the hospitality industry.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment.
- Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Ability to work on Saturdays.
