Position: Recruitment Manager (Hotel)
Job Description:

  • Establish and manage the recruitment operations for the hotel.
  • Develop and implement recruitment workflows and systems for efficient record-keeping.
  • Source and identify potential candidates within the hotel industry.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future staffing needs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
  • Monitor and report on recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of strategies.
  • Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, job boards, and other external partners.
  • Enhance the employer brand to attract top-tier talent in the hospitality industry.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment.
  • Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Ability to work on Saturdays.
