Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly driven and client-focused professional to manage and grow relationships with ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWI), aircraft owners, and key decision-makers within the private aviation industry. This role is responsible for client relationship management, business development, portfolio oversight, and service delivery, with a strong emphasis on providing tailored solutions and exceptional client experiences.


Key Responsibilities:



Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with UHNWI, aircraft owners, and senior stakeholders in the private aviation sector.

  • Engage regularly with existing and prospective clients to understand their needs and deliver customized aircraft management solutions.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring client satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.



Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the aircraft management client base.

  • Actively network within the industry, attend private aviation events, and utilize professional connections to generate qualified leads.

  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to enhance brand visibility and attract new clients.



Portfolio Management:

  • Oversee a portfolio of clients, ensuring high satisfaction with services and identifying opportunities for cross-selling or upselling.

  • Conduct regular client check-ins, address concerns promptly, and ensure seamless service delivery.

  • Provide strategic insights and updates to senior leadership on client needs, market developments, and potential business opportunities.



Service Delivery Coordination:

  • Facilitate the smooth onboarding of new clients by coordinating with internal teams to align service delivery with client expectations.

  • Ensure ongoing collaboration with operational teams to maintain service excellence and compliance with industry standards.



Reporting & Strategy:

  • Maintain up-to-date records of client interactions, feedback, and activities within the CRM system.

  • Prepare and deliver reports on client engagement, sales progress, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management.


Qualifications & Requirements:



Experience:

  • Proven track record in a client-facing role, ideally within banking, luxury services, or other industries serving UHNWI.

  • Demonstrated success in managing high-value client relationships and growing business portfolios.

  • Familiarity with aircraft management or aviation operations is preferred but not required.



Skills:

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, with a talent for building rapport with high-level clients.

  • Strong business acumen and a results-oriented mindset.

  • Problem-solving expertise, with a calm and professional approach to resolving issues.

  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
