Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the all-day restaurant and café.
- Manage a team of staff, ensuring high standards of service and operation.
- Work closely with coffee consultants to train the team on beverage preparation and presentation.
- Coordinate with suppliers for all necessary ingredients and equipment (plates, cutlery, glassware).
- Ensure the restaurant and café are prepared for a successful opening.
- Maintain cleanliness and adherence to health and safety standards.
Qualifications:
- Previous pre-opening experience in the hotels or restaurant industry is required.
- Strong background in food and beverage operations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to train and develop team members effectively.
Additional Information:
- Day off: 5 days per month (to be confirmed by management).
