Risk Management Manager - Mukdahan

Responsibilities:

• Monitor, collect, analyze, and assess risk management practices across various departments to ensure alignment with the company's strategy.
• Develop and effectively implement various risk management tools.
• Prepare risk management reports for senior management, the Risk Management Committee, and the Board of Directors.
• Study and analyze new service processes to establish risk management frameworks and guidelines.
• Review processes and criteria for Risk Identification, Risk Measures, Key Risk Indicators (KRI), Risk Appetite, and Risk Tolerance.
• Track the progress of action plans to mitigate and manage operational risks, while providing risk management training and guidance through various channels.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to prepare, review, and test the Business Continuity Plan (BCP).
• Review and propose risk management strategies that align with the business.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience in Operational Risk or project/process risk analysis, with a high sense of responsibility.
• Ability to initiate tasks independently and deliver assigned work accurately and on time.
• Additional experience in Crisis Management will be an advantage.
