Responsibilities:
- Manage Thai government procedures for specialized approvals, such as IEAT, ensuring compliance with safety assessments (SA), environmental impact assessments (EIA), and building construction regulations.
- Develop and enhance the safety and environmental management system in adherence to company policies and documentation requirements.
- Coordinate regular, periodic, and special inspections for safety, environmental protection, and occupational health.
- Identify hazards and risks, and ensure timely corrective actions.
- Plan and conduct project-level safety training, including three-level safety education and technical training programs.
- Perform safety inspections, identify risks, and ensure responsible parties complete rectifications on time.
- Notify and assess relevant departments for safety compliance and corrective measures.
Qualifications:
- Full-time associate degree or higher in Chemical Engineering, Safety Engineering, or related fields.
- Experience in handling IEAT documentation and approvals, preferably from a production company. Previous experience in safety management, especially in a chemical plant, is highly desirable.
- Familiar with Thai safety and environmental laws, regulations and policies. Knowledge of safety and environmental management systems and the construction of safety and environmental standards is essential.
- Proficiency in Chinese and English is preferred.
