Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve dealership and brand sales targets.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to enhance performance and achieve KPIs.
  • Monitor market trends, analyze competitors, and provide insights to improve sales strategies.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance brand loyalty.
  • Develop and execute promotional campaigns to boost sales and brand awareness.
  • Oversee the entire sales process, from customer inquiries to final purchase and after-sales service.
  • Work closely with marketing and operations teams to align sales objectives with company goals.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction by addressing and resolving any sales-related concerns.
  • Provide training and coaching to the sales team to improve their product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in automotive sales, preferably in electric vehicles (EVs).
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent understanding of EV market trends and customer preferences.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and implement effective sales strategies.
