- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve dealership and brand sales targets.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to enhance performance and achieve KPIs.
- Monitor market trends, analyze competitors, and provide insights to improve sales strategies.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance brand loyalty.
- Develop and execute promotional campaigns to boost sales and brand awareness.
- Oversee the entire sales process, from customer inquiries to final purchase and after-sales service.
- Work closely with marketing and operations teams to align sales objectives with company goals.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction by addressing and resolving any sales-related concerns.
- Provide training and coaching to the sales team to improve their product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in automotive sales, preferably in electric vehicles (EVs).
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent understanding of EV market trends and customer preferences.
- Ability to analyze sales data and implement effective sales strategies.
