Sales and Marketing Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales plans to promote products and services, ensuring optimal market penetration.
• Address customer inquiries including product details, pricing or RFQ, and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their technical requirements and propose suitable solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying potential new clients.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations to demonstrate product benefits and applications.
• Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
• Assist in pricing strategies and cost estimations to maintain competitive positioning.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering and production, to meet customer expectations.
• Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and insights to management.
• Support new product launches and coordinate project timelines with clients.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in the automotive, or electronic manufacturing industry.
• Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English.
• Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of automotive manufacturing processes and ISO standards is an advantage.
